Whether you're looking for short-term counseling or long-term psychotherapy, one-on-one therapy is a place for you to use your voice and express your thoughts in a judgement free zone. Share your feelings, thoughts, questions, and concerns in a safe environment.
I require our initial session to be face-to-face and in my office. This helps to get new client paperwork out of the way and gather some history as to what brought you to my office. The number of sessions can range from as little as 3 to continuous long-term therapy.
Ask about nontraditional therapy sessions if you are interested in taking our sessions off the couch and out of the office.
