An Anger Management Evaluation will normally take up to 60 minutes in a face-to-face interview. During the 60 minute evaluation, you will be required to complete intake paperwork, a background assessment, and complete 2-3 screening questionnaires related to patterns of anger, temperament, and aggression. 

You will be asked to bring the following to your evaluation:

  • Identification (license, birth certificate, etc.)

  • Documentation of any history of mental health treatment or diagnosis

  • Police report (if applicable)

  • Contact information for anyone that will require a release of information (family, attorney, probation, etc.)
